A group project with colleagues Jadyn Sadlowski and Lawson Vance. Our client was ETSU graphic design professor Johnathon Strube, who was selected to be the 2022 chair of the University & College Designers Association (UCDA) Conference. Our main objective was to create graphics and signage for the conference.

Our team assigned meanings to the graphic elements used throughout conference branding and signage.

As most of the conference events took place in multi-story Ball Hall on ETSU's campus, we created a wayfinding system that color-coded each floor. The indoor wayfinding consisted of door signs outside of the classrooms that were being used for events, and they included a schedule of the events being held in that respective room. Hanging room signs and vinyl floor decals indicated which rooms were being used for the conference. At either end of each hallway, a hanging sign indicating vertical circulation options and bathrooms were included, since their was only an elevator on one side of the building.
